One customer database for every account, contact and sales team

1flux CRM is customer database software for B2B sellers: companies with sales teams, credit terms and structured addresses, and contacts that keep their employment history.

In short

1flux CRM keeps every customer as a company record with its contacts, sales team, credit terms and addresses. Tagging a salesperson on a company gives them access to its deals and quotations, with no separate sharing step. Credit days and their basis flow into quotations, sales orders and invoice due dates. Imports and bulk edits of up to 5,000 rows are validated before anything saves.

The companies register: saved views, a My team filter and cells you edit in place.

Why do customer lists drift apart?

In many trading companies, the customer list lives in an Excel file, the accounting package and each salesman's phone. None of them agree, and none of them say who owns the account.

  • “The account shows a customer ID. Which salesman actually owns it?”

  • “Two reps cover this customer, mechanical and electrical. Our system only allows one.”

  • “Payment terms are typed as free text, so nobody can calculate a due date.”

  • “The Saudi national address is crammed into address line 1.”

One record

What makes 1flux different from other customer database software?

In 1flux, the customer database is the front of an ERP. Each company record decides who can see the account and drives the documents that follow it.

Question your team asks How 1flux answers it
Who owns this account? A named primary salesperson, plus a sales team of up to 20 salespeople in all
Who can see it? The sales team, the managers above them and anyone added on the Access tab
When is the invoice due? Credit days counted from the invoice, delivery or statement date
Where do we deliver in Saudi Arabia? A validated Saudi National Address with Arabic twin fields
Where does this buyer work now? A contact’s company history, with effective dates
Company record

What does a company record hold?

1flux gives each customer one company record, numbered automatically from CUST-000001, with the whole account in tabs.

  • Tabs: Overview, Activity, Notes, Contacts, Deals, Projects, Addresses, Hierarchy and Access.
  • KPI tiles: Open deals, Pipeline value, Last activity and Credit limit.
  • Parent and subsidiary companies through a Parent company field and the Hierarchy tab.
  • Activity tab: an audit trail of changes to the record.
  • One company per website: only one active company can use a website domain, so duplicates don’t slip in.
One company record: the sales team, credit days and basis, and the KPI tiles every rep sees.
The register

How do saved views and the register work?

The 1flux companies register is a paged table, 100 rows per page, with click-to-edit cells wherever you may edit that field. The contacts register works the same way, with its own saved views, filters, inline editing and export.

  • Filters

Search, status, salesperson (Mine, My team or a named person) and a credit-days range.

  • Saved views

Each person saves named views of filters, columns and sort, up to 11 per register, and can set one as their default.

  • Export

Export to CSV or Excel, up to 10,000 rows, with Arabic names intact.

Sales teams

How do you give an account more than one salesperson?

Each 1flux company has one primary salesperson and a sales team, up to 20 salespeople in all. Tagging someone on the team gives them access to the company and its deals and quotations. Nobody has to ask IT to share the account.

  • Mine and My team filters show each rep their accounts and each manager their team’s.
  • The Access tab adds people outside sales, such as finance or operations, with read access only.
  • Managers see their reports’ accounts through the reporting line.
Roles, permissions and record visibility
Tagging salespeople gives them access. Others are added on the Access tab, with read access only.
Lookup-only roles

Can salespeople link records without browsing the customer list?

Yes. 1flux separates two permissions. Turn the first off for a field sales role and the Companies tab disappears. Those salespeople still find their assigned companies in the pickers when they create a deal, project or quotation. On projects, the server also rejects any company they aren’t assigned to.

Credit terms

How do credit days and credit limits work?

1flux stores credit days as a number from 0 to 365, with a basis that says when the clock starts. The basis turns “30 days” into a real due date.

Basis How the due date is counted Due date
Invoice date 10 March + 30 days 9 April
Delivery date 14 March + 30 days 13 April
Statement (month-end) date 31 March + 30 days 30 April
Example: an invoice dated 10 March, the last delivery on 14 March and 30 credit days.
  • Where credit days flow: into the quotation’s payment terms, the sales order and the invoice due date.
  • Maximum credit days: a cap per customer, enforced on sales orders. Only people with Override customer credit days can exceed it.
  • Credit limit: stored and shown on the company record and the customer statement.
Addresses

Does 1flux support the Saudi National Address?

Yes. 1flux stores the Saudi National Address in structured fields with Arabic twins and format checks, instead of squeezing it into one line.

  • Fields: Short address, Building no., Street, Secondary no., District, Unit no., Postal code and City, with Arabic twins for street, district and city.
  • Validation: 4-digit building and secondary numbers, a 5-digit postal code and a short address of 4 letters plus 4 digits, such as REMA6598.
  • Paste national address: paste the address line and 1flux fills in the numbers, district and short address.
  • Address types: billing, shipping, site and other, with a default.
  • On documents: quotations print the buyer’s national address and your legal entity’s own.

Contacts

What happens when a contact changes companies?

1flux keeps a contact’s company history. When a buyer moves to another firm, you change their company with an effective date and an optional new job title. The previous employer and role stay on record.

  • End a role, rejoin a past employer or add an earlier company with a known end date.
  • Each contact has addresses, notes, Call and Email buttons, and a LinkedIn link when one is saved.
When a buyer moves on, the new role starts on a date and the old one stays on record.
Import

How do you bring your customer list in from Excel?

The 1flux import workbench takes CSV, Excel (.xlsx), a pasted table or an empty grid. You map your columns and 1flux validates every row on the server. Only then do you commit.

  • Limits: 5,000 rows and 10 MB per file.
  • Excel template with live dropdowns for status, salesperson and currency, plus national address columns.
  • Company duplicates, matched by website domain: Skip matching domains, Treat matches as errors or Update matching companies.
  • Partial success: valid rows commit and failed rows download as an error file. Retrying never creates duplicates.
  • Bulk edit opens up to 5,000 companies in a spreadsheet, and you review every change before it applies.
Data import and migration
  1. Add data (CSV or Excel).
  2. Map columns.
  3. Validate (Every row checked): 1 row needs a fix.
  4. Result (With an error file).
How it works

How do you set up your customer database?

Five steps from an Excel list to accounts your team can work.

  1. Import

Companies and contacts from the Excel template. Fix any flagged rows.

  2. Tag sales teams

A primary salesperson and the rest of the team on each account.

  3. Set credit terms

Credit days, basis and a maximum where you need one.

  4. Limit browsing

Field roles link their own work without seeing the full list.

  5. Save views

The filters and columns each person uses daily.

One flow

Connected to the rest of 1flux

Every document that follows reads from the company record, so terms and addresses arrive already filled in.

  1. CompaniesPickers → deals, projects
  2. Deal pipelineTerms → quotation
  3. QuotationsDue date ← credit basis
  4. Sales orders
  • Deals, projects and quotations link to the company through pickers limited to each person’s accounts. See the deal pipeline and projects.
  • Quotations and sales orders take the company’s credit days and address, and invoices take their due date from its credit basis.
  • The customer statement in 1flux Accounting shows the balance, overdue amounts and the credit limit.
  • Suppliers: “Copy from CRM” creates a supplier from an existing company.

All of this is part of 1flux CRM.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still deciding? Talk to sales

Can more than one salesperson own a customer account in 1flux?

Yes. Each 1flux company has one primary salesperson plus a sales team, up to 20 salespeople in all. Everyone tagged on the team gets access to the company and its deals and quotations, with no separate sharing step. This suits accounts covered by both a mechanical and an electrical rep, or a senior and a junior salesperson.

How do I import customers from Excel into 1flux?

1flux imports companies and contacts through one workbench: CSV, Excel (.xlsx), a pasted table or an empty grid, up to 5,000 rows and 10 MB per file. You map your columns, 1flux validates every row on the server, and only then do you commit. The Excel template has live dropdowns, and company duplicates are matched by website domain, so you choose whether to skip, flag or update them.

How do credit days work in 1flux?

1flux stores credit days from 0 to 365 on each company, with a basis that sets when the clock starts: the invoice date, the delivery date or the statement (month-end) date. On an invoice dated 10 March, 30 days from the invoice date falls due on 9 April, and 30 days from the statement date on 30 April. Credit days flow into quotations, sales orders and invoice due dates.

Can 1flux store a Saudi National Address with Arabic fields?

Yes. 1flux stores the Saudi National Address in structured fields: short address, building number, street, secondary number, district, unit, postal code and city, with Arabic twins for street, district and city. It checks 4-digit building and secondary numbers, a 5-digit postal code and a short address such as REMA6598, and quotations print the buyer's national address.

Can field salespeople work their accounts without seeing the full customer list?

Yes. 1flux separates opening the Companies module from finding companies to link records to. Turn the first off for a field sales role and the Companies tab disappears, while pickers still show the companies each salesperson owns, sits on the sales team of, or is assigned to. They create deals, projects and quotations against those accounts as usual.

What happens when a contact moves to another company?

1flux keeps the contact's company history. You change their company with an effective date and an optional new job title, and the previous employer and role stay on record. You can also end a role, rejoin a past employer or add an earlier company with a known end date, so the relationship history follows the person from firm to firm.
