Zoho One alternative

1flux vs Zoho One: a Zoho One alternative on one platform for B2B trade

1flux is one AI-native platform for B2B traders and distributors, where every quotation, receipt, invoice and payment lands on the same record and in the same ledger.

In short

1flux is a Zoho One alternative for B2B trading, distribution and project-supply companies. CRM, quotations, purchasing, receiving, stock and accounting run as one flow on one data model, so a customer's credit terms, a salesperson's order and a storekeeper's receipt are the same records finance closes, and every transaction posts its own journal. AI works on those records too: Import PO with AI drafts quotations from a customer's PO. VAT returns and ZATCA and UAE e-invoicing are built in, and every legal entity sits in one workspace.

Why teams switch

Why do trading companies choose 1flux as a Zoho One alternative?

1flux is one application with one data model and one posting gateway, built around how B2B traders quote, buy, receive and deliver.

One record from customer to ledger

In 1flux there is nothing to sync. A company's credit days and addresses fill in on its quotations and sales orders, its credit terms set each invoice's due date, and the salesperson on the company carries onto the sales order.

  • Every stock posting writes quantity, cost layers and a balanced journal in the same step.

AI built in, not bolted on

1flux's AI works on the same structured, connected and permissioned records as your team. Import PO with AI reads a customer's PO or RFQ and drafts the quotation lines, matching exact item codes to your catalogue with a confidence score.

  • Approvals by amount band block sending until a quotation is approved.
  • The approved PDF is locked, with Arabic/English layouts and a formal cover letter.

Purchasing and receiving built for trading

1flux covers procure to pay with the documents your team already uses, from requisition to supplier payment.

  • A purchase requisition with a purpose: Replenish stock, Customer demand or Internal use.
  • Quote comparison with a "Best" badge and an award reason per line.
  • A GRN check-in, then a goods receipt report that posts stock and the journal.
  • Purchase invoices built from what was received, and supplier payments allocated against them.
The procure-to-pay guide

Field sales discipline

Each salesperson posts one daily sales report with visits, outcomes and next actions. It locks once posted, and each follow-up becomes a task on the calendar.

  • A collections forecast per customer, with a Hit % against what was collected.

Every company in one workspace

Each legal entity has its own currency, registrations, letterhead, warehouses, costing method and books, and numbers its documents in its own sequence. A consolidation run combines them into a group currency.

Multi-entity in 1flux

The books and e-invoicing on the same records

The ledger that sales and the warehouse feed is the one finance closes: supplier payments, profit and loss and balance sheet for each legal entity, bank reconciliation, and VAT returns prepared from posted VAT.

  • ZATCA and UAE e-invoicing built in.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still deciding? Talk to sales

Is 1flux a good Zoho One alternative for trading companies?

Yes. 1flux gives B2B traders, distributors and project suppliers one system for quotations, purchasing, receiving, stock and the books. Everything runs on one data model, so nothing syncs between apps: a quotation becomes an order, a delivery note and an invoice on the same record, and every step posts its own journal. VAT returns and e-invoicing are built in.

Can 1flux replace Zoho CRM and Zoho Books together?

Yes. 1flux covers field sales, with companies, deals, projects, quotations, daily sales reports and a collections forecast. It also covers sales orders, invoices, customer payments, purchasing, receiving and stock, and keeps the books: supplier payments, a profit and loss and balance sheet for each legal entity, bank reconciliation, VAT returns and e-invoicing, all on the same records.

Does 1flux support ZATCA and UAE e-invoicing?

Yes. 1flux issues ZATCA-compliant e-invoices for Saudi Arabia, covering Phase 1 (generation) and Phase 2 (integration with ZATCA's Fatoora platform). It also supports UAE e-invoicing under the Federal Tax Authority's programme, ready for the 2027 go-live dates. E-invoicing runs on the same sales invoices that post to the ledger. See e-invoicing in 1flux.

Does 1flux prepare VAT returns?

Yes. 1flux prepares VAT returns for the UAE and Saudi Arabia from the input and output VAT already posted. Tax codes apply per line with dated rates, so each invoice uses the rate in force on its date, and input and output VAT post to their own accounts as every purchase invoice and sales invoice is created.

Can I run several companies in one 1flux workspace?

Yes. One 1flux workspace holds several legal entities, each with its own currency, registrations, letterhead, warehouses, costing method and books, and its own document sequences. People can be limited to specific entities when you invite them, and a consolidation run combines the group into one currency. Legal entities can be registered in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India.

How do I move from Zoho to 1flux?

1flux moves operations and accounting together on one cutover date. Export your records from Zoho to spreadsheet files, then import companies and contacts (up to 5,000 rows per file) and items (up to 10,000 rows) into 1flux. Every file is validated before anything is saved. Opening stock and an opening trial balance then post on the cutover date.
