Daily sales reports your managers can actually use

1flux CRM is daily sales report software for field sales teams: log each day's visits and people met, lock the report on post and let follow-ups land on the calendar.

In short

1flux CRM gives every field salesperson one structured daily sales report per day. They log each visit with the company, project, people met, purpose, outcome and next action, or record why there were no visits. Posting locks the report, and every visit with a follow-up date becomes a task on their calendar. Managers open Team & patterns to see who posted, who didn't and what the team is hearing from customers.

One report a day: each visit with its company, people met, outcome and next action.
Sound familiar?

Why do visit reports go missing?

Field sales managers know the routine. Visit reports arrive in a group chat late in the evening, if they arrive at all, and every salesman has his own format.

  • “I can't see who hasn't reported until I start asking.”

  • “Reports get changed after I've read them.”

  • “Follow-ups promised in a meeting are forgotten by next week.”

  • “I have no idea which products customers keep asking about.”

The report

What does 1flux daily sales report software capture?

A daily sales report in 1flux is one record per salesperson per calendar date, and the database won’t accept a second. The salesperson picks the report date and answers What kind of day is this? with Visits or No visits.

Part of the visit What the salesperson records
Company An existing company, or a candidate company stored on this report only
Project One of the company’s projects, or free text for a candidate. Picking a project fills in the country and city
Where Country, city and a location name (“Office, site, or showroom”)
When Start time, and an optional end time
What happened Purpose of meeting, product interest, outcome and brief notes
What’s next Next action and an optional follow-up date
People met Existing contacts, a name for this visit only or a new contact added on the spot
  • Limits: up to 30 visits a day and 12 people per visit.
  • No visits: a Reason for no visit from your list, plus a Work summary.
  • New contacts: Add contact creates a real contact (name, job title, email, phone) linked to the company. It never creates a company, so prospects don’t clutter your customer list.
Locked on post

Why does a posted report lock?

So that what a manager reads is what was reported on the day. Each 1flux report moves through Save draft, Review and Post. Once posted, it shows “This update is locked and can no longer be edited”, and the server enforces the lock.

  • Drafts are private to their author and can be discarded.
  • Future dates are blocked.
  • A How far back window sets how many days late a report can be filed: 0 to 90 days, with 7 as the default and 0 meaning today only.
  1. Save draft (Private to you).
  2. Review (Check every visit).
  3. Post (Counts in Team & patterns).
  4. Locked (Can no longer be edited).
Draft, review, post: once posted, the report can no longer be edited.
Follow-ups

How do follow-ups become calendar tasks?

Automatically, when the report is posted. Every visit with both a next action and a follow-up date creates a task for the salesperson, titled “{Next action} · {Company}” and due at 23:59 on the follow-up date in your workspace’s time zone.

  • The task links to the company, the project and the contacts met.
  • It appears on the 1flux calendar, and the salesperson sees “A follow-up task was added to your calendar.”
  • It’s an ordinary task, so the usual due-soon and overdue reminders apply. See tasks.
A visit’s follow-up lands on the calendar as a task, beside meetings and reminders.
Team & patterns

What does Team & patterns show a manager?

Team & patterns is the manager’s view of daily reports, by Day, Week (Monday to Sunday) or Month. Managers see themselves and everyone below them in the reporting line; admins see everyone.

  • Tiles: Coverage, Not posted, Visits and Follow-ups.
  • Day view: Not posted and Posted cards, so gaps are obvious by mid-morning.
  • Week and Month views: a Who posted table with Person, Posted, Missing, Visits and Days missing.
  • Eight pattern charts: companies visited, purpose of meeting, days left blank, no-visit reasons, product interest, outcomes, next actions and cities.
  • Pattern sentences: up to three plain-language observations, written by fixed rules.

Only posted reports count, which gives salespeople a reason to post on time.

Team & patterns: who posted this week, who didn’t, and what the team is discussing.
Settings

Can you rename the report and change its lists?

Yes. Admins set both under Update settings. The module is called Updates by default, and you can rename it, for example to “Daily Sales Report” or “Visit Report”, in up to 40 characters. The sidebar, page title and command palette (“Log a {name}”) all follow.

List Seeded options (edit, reorder or archive them)
Purpose of meeting Introduction, Follow-up, Negotiation, Site visit, Collection
Next action Send quotation, Schedule a follow-up, Send samples, Wait for the customer, No further action
Reason for no visit Office work, Leave, Travel, Public holiday, Internal meeting
  • Product interest and Outcome can each be a list or free text.
  • Archiving an option doesn’t rewrite history: posted reports keep their original labels.
On a phone

Does the daily sales report work on a phone?

Yes. 1flux works in any phone or tablet browser, with nothing to install, so salespeople file the day’s report wherever they are. The layout adapts to small screens with drawer navigation, and follow-up tasks land on the same calendar they use on a laptop.

How it works

How does a reporting day work?

From the lists an admin sets up to the manager's weekly review.

  1. Set up the lists

And the module name, in Update settings.

  2. Log the day

Each salesperson adds visits, or picks No visits with a reason.

  3. Review and post

Before the How far back window closes. The report locks.

  4. Follow up

Tasks appear on the calendar for every next action with a date.

  5. Review the team

In Team & patterns, by day, week or month.

One flow

  2. ProjectsFollow-up → task
  3. TasksCollection visits
  4. Collections
  • Contacts: people met can be added as real contacts, linked to the company.
  • Projects: visits can name a project, which fills in its location. See projects.
  • Tasks and calendar: follow-ups become tasks on the shared calendar. See calendar, notes and notifications.
  • Collections: “Collection” is a seeded visit purpose, so collection visits sit alongside the collections forecast.

FAQ

What is daily sales report software?

1flux CRM is daily sales report software: it lets field salespeople log each day's customer visits in a fixed structure that managers can review and compare. Each salesperson files one report per day with every visit's company, project, people met, purpose, outcome and next action. Posting locks it, and managers see coverage and patterns in Team & patterns.

What happens when a salesperson posts a report?

1flux locks a posted daily sales report and shows "This update is locked and can no longer be edited". The server enforces the lock, so the report a manager reads is the one filed on the day. Before posting, salespeople can save a private draft, review it and discard it if needed.

Can salespeople file daily reports from a phone?

Yes. 1flux works in any phone or tablet browser, with nothing to install, and the layout adapts to small screens with drawer navigation. Salespeople open 1flux on their phone, fill in the day's visits and post the report there. Follow-up tasks appear on the same calendar they use on a laptop.

Can managers see who hasn't posted their report?

Yes. Team & patterns in 1flux shows a Not posted tile and, in the Day view, separate Not posted and Posted cards. Week and Month views add a Who posted table with each person's posted days, missing days and visits. Only posted reports count, which gives salespeople a reason to post on time.

Can we rename "Updates" to "Daily Sales Report"?

Yes. Admins rename the module in Update settings, in up to 40 characters, and the sidebar, page title and command palette use the new name. The same settings page holds the lists for purpose of meeting, next action and reasons for no visit, and switches product interest and outcome between a list and free text.

Can salespeople log visits to new prospects?

Yes. A salesperson can log a visit to a candidate company, which is stored on that report only, so prospects don't clutter your companies list. Visits to existing companies can name one of the company's projects. If the salesperson meets someone new, Add contact creates a real contact linked to an existing company.
