CRM reports that show each person their own numbers

1flux CRM reports and dashboards cover deal movement, sales productivity and quotation performance, scoped automatically to each person's reporting line.

In short

1flux CRM has two reporting screens. The CRM overview opens on what needs action today, then shows won revenue, new deals and the open pipeline. CRM reports cover deal movement, sales productivity per person and quotation outcomes. Both scope themselves to the viewer: a salesperson sees their own numbers, a manager sees their reporting line and an admin sees the workspace, with nothing to build or share.

Why does every pipeline meeting start with a spreadsheet?

In many sales teams, reporting means someone rebuilding the same spreadsheet before every meeting.

  • “Every week someone exports the pipeline and builds the report by hand.”

  • “I can't tell which deals have been stuck for weeks.”

  • “Either reps see each other's numbers, or nobody sees anything.”

  • “We send a lot of quotations, but we don't know how many we win.”

Ready on day one

Which CRM reports and dashboards does 1flux include?

1flux includes a CRM overview, three CRM report tabs and two specialist views for daily reports and collections. Each one answers one question, and all of them are ready on day one.

CRM overview

What's on the CRM overview?

The 1flux CRM overview is the first screen of the CRM app. It opens on a Needs action list, then the numbers.

  • Needs action, in severity order and shown only to people who can act on it: overdue tasks, one row per task type (for example “3 site visits are overdue”); “N quotations are waiting for a customer response”; “N quotations expire within 7 days”, with Follow up; and “N open deals haven’t changed stage in 14 days”.
  • Tiles, each with a sparkline and the change against the previous period: Revenue booked (the value of won deals), Active customers, New deals and Conversion rate.
  • Charts: Revenue booked with a dashed comparison line, Open pipeline, Top products (the most quoted) and My sales orders.
  • Lists: Recent deals, and Coming up for tasks and meetings due next.
  • Period: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year, with 30 days as the default.

Values are converted to your workspace’s default currency. Anything without an exchange rate is listed as not converted, rather than silently left out.

The CRM overview opens on what needs action, then won revenue, new deals and the open pipeline.
CRM reports

What do CRM reports measure?

1flux CRM reports cover “Deal movement, sales productivity and quotation performance” for any date range. Presets run from Today to Last year, plus This month, Last month and a custom range, and the range sits in the URL so you can share it.

  • Tiles: Average sales cycle (days from created to won), Stage movements, Stale deals (open 14 days or more in one stage) and Quotation win rate.
  • Deal movement tab: a Pipeline by stage funnel with count, value, conversion to the next stage and average days in each stage, plus a list of stale deals showing how long each has waited.
  • Productivity tab: a sales productivity table per person, with open deals and value, won deals and value, win rate, average cycle, tasks done, written notes and quotations accepted. It exports to CSV.
  • Quotations tab: quotations by status (count and value) and quotation outcomes: Sent, Accepted, Declined, Win rate, Average time to accept, and “Sent, expiring within 14 days”.

Scoped to the reader

How does scoping by reporting line work?

Every 1flux CRM report and dashboard reads your reporting hierarchy before it counts anything. The same page shows different numbers to different people, and nobody has to configure sharing.

Amounts are converted to the core currency at your workspace’s rates, so a team selling in AED and SAR still gets one total. Learn how reporting lines and record visibility work in roles, permissions and audit.

How it works

How does a team use CRM reports?

A daily habit, a weekly review and a monthly comparison.

  1. Set reporting lines

Under Settings → Members & access, with solid and dotted lines.

  2. Open the CRM

Each morning, and clear the Needs action rows.

  3. Review the pipeline

Weekly on the Deal movement tab, starting with stale deals.

  4. Compare people

Monthly on the Productivity tab, and export the table if you need it elsewhere.

  5. Check quotations

On the Quotations tab, including those expiring within 14 days.

One flow

Connected to the rest of 1flux

CRM reports are part of 1flux CRM, and they count what the rest of the app records.

  1. Deal pipelineStage history
  2. QuotationsOutcomes
  3. CRM reports
  • Deals: stage history from the deal pipeline drives the funnel, sales cycle and stale-deal measures.
  • Quotations: sent, accepted and declined quotations feed the win rate and outcomes.
  • Tasks: completed tasks count in productivity, and upcoming ones fill Coming up.
  • Sales orders: the My sales orders chart follows each salesperson’s orders.

What CRM reports does 1flux include?

1flux includes a CRM overview and CRM reports with three tabs. The overview shows what needs action, Revenue booked, Active customers, New deals, Conversion rate and the open pipeline. The report tabs cover deal movement (pipeline by stage and stale deals), sales productivity per person and quotation outcomes. Team & patterns and the collections forecast add daily-report and collections views.

Can managers see their team's numbers but not other teams'?

Yes. Every 1flux CRM report scopes itself to the viewer's reporting line. A manager sees their own records plus everyone below them, and the header shows how many reportees are included. Salespeople see only their own numbers. Admins, and anyone with the View all records permission, see the whole workspace.

How does 1flux define a stale deal?

1flux counts an open deal as stale when it has stayed in the same stage for 14 days or more. Stale deals appear as a tile and a list in CRM reports, and as a Needs action row on the CRM overview, which links straight to the deals behind the count.

What does "Revenue booked" mean on the CRM overview?

1flux defines Revenue booked as the value of deals won in the period, converted to your workspace's default currency. Invoiced revenue comes from sales invoices, which 1flux Accounting posts to the ledger as receivable, revenue and output VAT. Use Revenue booked to track sales wins and the accounting side for revenue.

Which date ranges do CRM reports cover?

1flux CRM reports work for any date range. Presets run from Today to Last year, plus This month, Last month and a custom range, and the range sits in the URL so the same view can be bookmarked and shared. The CRM overview offers 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year, with 30 days as the default.

Which currency do CRM reports use?

1flux uses your workspace's core currency. It converts deal and quotation values at your workspace's exchange rates, so a team selling in several currencies sees one total. Any amount that can't be converted because no rate is set is listed separately as not converted, so totals are never quietly incomplete.
