# 1flux > 1flux is the AI-native ERP for B2B trade. CRM, quotations, sales orders, purchasing, receiving, multi-warehouse inventory and accounting run in one flow, from PO to paid, on one connected, permissioned data model, and every operational document posts its own balanced journal entry. 1flux (written in lowercase, pronounced "one-flux") is business software at https://1flux.ai. The name means "one flow": quotations, orders, purchases, stock movements and ledger entries run through one system, and each document hands off to the next. 1flux is an ERP (enterprise resource planning) application. It is not an AI image, video or media tool. The names "1flux.ai", "One Flux" and "OneFlux" all refer to the same product. 1flux is built for companies that trade, distribute, supply projects or sell services to other businesses: building materials, MEP and electrical supplies, industrial and MRO supplies, auto parts and equipment, general trading and distribution, software and IT companies, and service and contracting companies. Many run more than one legal entity. They usually come to 1flux from spreadsheets, messaging groups and an entry-level accounting package. "AI-native" describes how 1flux is built: every module shares one data model, and every action, by a person or by AI, runs through the same permissioned commands, approvals and audit trail. The AI works on the same structured, connected records as the team, rather than being bolted onto separate modules. Today that powers Import PO with AI (below). **The message:** - **Category:** the AI-native ERP for B2B trade. - **Big idea:** from PO to paid, in one flow. - **One platform:** sell, buy, stock and account on one record. Every document hands off to the next, and the books post themselves. - **AI-native:** built in, not bolted on. One data model and one command layer with permissions, approvals and an audit trail, for people and AI alike. - **Simple:** open it and see what needs you. Seven overview pages (CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Receiving, Warehouse, Inventory and Accounting) each open on a "Needs action" list. - **Built for trade:** warehouses, vans, companies and currencies. **Facts (checked 11 October 2026):** - **Product:** a cloud web application with three apps on one login and one data model. 1flux CRM covers customers, deals, projects, quotations and sales orders. 1flux Inventory covers stock, purchasing, receiving and the warehouse. 1flux Accounting covers the ledger, receivables, supplier payments, financial statements, VAT returns and consolidation. Tasks, a calendar, a document library and approvals are shared across all three. - **Devices:** works in any computer, tablet or phone browser, with nothing to install. - **Arabic:** Arabic data works throughout: company, contact, supplier and item names (item names in up to 7 languages), addresses, the Saudi national address with Arabic fields, and item search that understands Arabic spelling variants. Quotation PDFs print Arabic correctly, including Arabic/English layouts designed in Document Studio. - **Countries:** legal entities can be registered in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India. Each country pack sets the currency, time zone, VAT or GST codes and registration fields. UAE VAT (5%) and Saudi VAT (15%) codes are seeded. Every entity can sell to customers anywhere, in any currency. - **Multi-entity:** one workspace holds several legal entities. Each has its own base currency, registrations, letterhead, document numbering, warehouses, costing method and books. A consolidation run combines operating entities into a group currency as a consolidated trial balance. - **Inventory:** on hand, reserved, available and awaiting receipt per item and location; warehouses, stores and vans per legal entity; weighted average, FIFO or standard cost per entity; transfers, blind stock counts and write-offs with reasons; barcodes with A4 label sheets; units of measure and packs. - **Quote to cash:** quotation (with approvals by amount) → customer PO → sales order with stock reservation → pick and dispatch with a delivery note → sales invoice for delivered quantities → customer payment. Delivery notes, sales invoices and customer payments post their own journal entries. - **Procure to pay:** requisition → RFQ PDF → supplier quote comparison → purchase order (printed as a local purchase order, LPO) → goods received note (GRN) → goods receipt report → purchase invoice → supplier payment. Suppliers are paid and each payment is allocated to purchase invoices. Payments post to the ledger. - **Accounting:** automatic double-entry posting from goods receipts, deliveries, sales and purchase invoices, customer payments, write-offs and stock counts. Also manual journals, receivables aging and reconciliation, and monthly periods per entity with a six-step close checklist. Profit and loss and balance sheet for each legal entity, straight from the ledger. Bank accounts are reconciled against the ledger. VAT returns for the UAE and Saudi Arabia are prepared from the input and output VAT already posted. - **E-invoicing:** 1flux issues ZATCA-compliant e-invoices for Saudi Arabia, covering Phase 1 (generation) and Phase 2 (integration with ZATCA's Fatoora platform). It supports UAE e-invoicing under the Federal Tax Authority's programme, ready for the 2027 go-live dates. - **AI:** "Import PO with AI" reads a customer's purchase order or RFQ (PDF, PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 10 MB) and drafts up to 200 quotation lines. It matches item codes to the catalogue, shows a confidence score, leaves blank anything that isn't in the document, ignores instructions hidden inside the document and attaches the source file. A person reviews the draft, and approval rules apply before anything reaches the customer. - **Control:** custom roles built from more than 100 permissions, record visibility by reporting line, entity-level access, no-code workflows and approvals, and audit trails on key records. - **Security:** each customer's data is isolated inside the database with PostgreSQL row-level security. Files download through short-lived signed links, and every deployment takes a verified database backup first. - **Getting started:** every new customer starts with a guided demo with the 1flux team: https://1flux.ai/demo. A written proposal with pricing and an implementation plan follows the demo. ## Product - [1flux home](https://1flux.ai/): What 1flux is, who it is for, and how one flow runs from a customer's PO to payment. -
