I'm a customer: how do I get help?
Existing customers can send a message below and choose I’m a 1flux customer and need help. Tell us your workspace name, the legal entity you were working in, and the screen or document involved. A screenshot helps.
Some requests go to your own workspace admin first:
- Inviting a colleague, or resending an invitation: your admin does this in Settings → Members & access. Invitations expire after 7 days.
- Changing someone’s access: your admin edits their roles or manager. Which legal entities a person can access is set when they’re invited.
- Switching on another app: the 1flux team does this for you. Send us a message.
- Forgotten password: use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.

- An admin opens Settings → Members & access and invites joel.fernandes@sadaf.example by email.
- They choose the Accountant role. Permissions from every selected role are combined.
- Under Legal entity access they choose "Selected entities only" and tick Sadaf Building Supplies LLC (AE · AED), so Joel never sees the Saudi company.
- The invitation waits in the Invitations list and expires on Oct 17, 2026, 7 days after it was sent.

How do I contact 1flux sales?
1flux sales can be reached by booking a demo on the demo page, or by sending a message on this page with the topic Pricing or A question about 1flux. Sales can show you 1flux, answer whether it fits your business and your legal entities, and send a written proposal with pricing. Tell us which flow matters most, such as quote to cash or procure to pay.
How do I get support for my 1flux workspace?
1flux support is reached through the message form on this page: choose I'm a 1flux customer and need help. Include your workspace name, the legal entity you were working in, and the screen or document involved. For access changes, such as inviting a colleague or changing roles, contact your own workspace admin first, because they manage members and roles in Settings.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
1flux takes vulnerability reports through the message form on this page: choose Security or a questionnaire, rather than general support or social media. Include the affected page or feature, the steps to reproduce the issue and its impact. Please don't access other customers' data or disrupt the service while testing. The responsible disclosure policy explains what to expect.
Can I ask about pricing by message?
Yes. Choose Pricing in the message form and tell us the apps you're interested in, how many people would use 1flux and how many companies you run. 1flux prices each set-up after a demo, so the quickest route to a written proposal is to book a demo.
How do I become a 1flux partner?
1flux partners apply through the partner programme page, with a short form about your firm and how you work with B2B trading and distribution companies. We'll reply with next steps and arrange a walkthrough of the product. You can also send a message on this page with the topic Partnerships.
