Companies and contacts with a sales team per account, a deal board with configurable stages, projects, daily sales reports and a collections forecast. Quotations with approvals, a locked PDF, numbered revisions and a secure link the customer can accept or decline, plus Import PO with AI, which turns a customer's PO or RFQ into a draft quotation.

Sales orders and fulfilment
Attaching the customer PO to an accepted quotation sends it to operations. Sales orders reserve stock, the warehouse board runs To pick → Picking → Ready to dispatch with no prices shown, and each dispatch creates a delivery note. Invoices are raised for delivered quantities, and one customer payment can settle several invoices.

Requisitions, RFQ PDFs, supplier quote comparison with an award reason per line, local purchase requests and purchase orders that print as a "Local purchase order".
