Track the projects you sell into, not just the companies
1flux CRM is a project-based sales CRM for contracting, MEP and building-materials suppliers: every site, building or tender, tagged by scope and city and linked to its deals.
In short
1flux CRM gives project suppliers a project record for every site, building or tender they sell into. Each project carries its contractor, salesperson, scope-of-work tags, country and city, start and target dates, and links to as many deals as it needs. Every filter on the projects register lives in the URL, so a manager can bookmark a view and share it. You can also raise submittal requests on a project and route them to your submittal coordinators.

Where does project demand get lost?
A contractor may run ten sites at once, and each site buys separately. If your CRM only knows the contractor, the real demand disappears into one account.
“Which of our deals are for the hospital job in Riyadh?”
“Our electrical rep and our mechanical rep are both chasing the same site.”
“The manager wants every open electrical project in Jeddah for his team, and someone has to build that list in Excel.”
“We only heard about the tender because it was in one salesman's notebook.”
Why do suppliers need a project-based sales CRM?
Because for a project supplier, the unit of demand is the project, not the customer. In 1flux, a project is the construction site, building or tender a deal is for. It belongs to a company (usually the contractor), has its own salesperson and links to every deal you open against it.
- Statuses: Proposed, In progress, On hold, Completed and Cancelled.
- Fields: project name, company, salesperson, scope of work, country and city, start date, target date and description.
- Salesperson default: the deal’s owner, then the company’s salesperson, then you. Assigning a project notifies the new salesperson.
- Project page: tiles for open tasks (with overdue and due today) and last update, an Overview tab with the description and linked notes, and a pager to step through projects.
- Create more keeps the dialog open to enter several projects in a row.

How do scope-of-work tags work?
Scope tags record the disciplines a project needs from you, so reps and managers can slice the list by what they sell. 1flux seeds Mechanical and Electrical the first time scope is used, and admins add their own.
- Add a scope of up to 120 characters, for example plumbing or fire fighting. Deleting a scope removes it from every project.
- A project can carry up to 50 scopes.
- Filter the register by any of the scopes you choose.
- Submittal requests use the same scopes as their discipline.

Which cities can you tag a project with?
1flux ships with 6,868 preset cities across 252 countries and territories, shown with country flags. For any other site, add the city to its country straight from the picker, or in Project settings.
- Project settings switch the Country, City, Scope of work and Submittals fields on or off.
- Defaults set a default country and city for new projects.
- Daily reports: picking a project on a visit fills in its country and city. See the daily sales report.
Can managers share a filtered view of projects?
Yes. Every filter on the 1flux projects register is kept in the URL, so a manager can bookmark “electrical projects in Riyadh for my team” and send the link to the team.
Filter by anything that matters
Search by name, status, salesperson (All, Mine, My team or a person), scope, company, country, city, start and target date ranges, open tasks and submittals.
Group by salesperson
See each rep's projects together, choose from Status, Company, Deals, Salesperson, Scope, Country, City and Target date, and use Clear all to start again.
Bookmarks do the saving
Bookmark any filtered view to come back to it, or send the link so the team opens exactly the same list.
How do projects link to deals?
Projects and deals link many-to-many: one project can have several deals, and one deal can cover several projects. Pick a project when you create a deal and 1flux fills in the project’s company for you.
- Project names show on the cards of the deal pipeline board.
- The deal record’s Projects tab offers Link project, New project and Unlink.
- Quotations link to the deal and the company, and the quotation’s cover letter has a Project line to name the job.

Who can see a project?
1flux shows a project to its creator, its salesperson, the managers above that salesperson, admins and people with View all records. In an Open workspace, everyone sees every project.
- Being assigned to a company doesn’t reveal another salesperson’s projects for it.
- The company picker shows only the companies a person owns, sits on the sales team of, or is assigned to. The server refuses any other with “Choose a company assigned to you”.
- Salespeople can assign a project to themselves or to people who report to them.

Can you raise submittal requests on a project?
Yes. A submittal is the package of product data, samples or drawings a supplier sends to the project’s consultant for approval. In 1flux you can raise a submittal request on a project and route it to submittal coordinators, with SUB-numbering, stages and time limits.
- Switch Submittals on in Project settings, and give the permission “Raise project submittal requests” to the roles that need it.
- The Raise submittal request form takes a title, the consultant, the discipline (from your scopes), a required-by date, an items summary and request lines.
- New requests rotate among people with the Submittal coordinator role, and every coordinator follows each request.
- Each request runs as a task, so it shows in tasks with its own stages.
1flux routes and tracks the request inside your team.

What is a project-based sales CRM?
1flux CRM is one: a project-based sales CRM tracks the projects a supplier sells into, such as sites, buildings and tenders, as well as the companies that buy. In 1flux, each project has its own record with a contractor, salesperson, scope of work, country and city, linked to every deal opened against it. It suits MEP, fit-out and building-materials suppliers.
Can one project have several deals in 1flux?
Yes. Projects and deals link many-to-many in 1flux. One project can carry separate deals for different scopes or phases, and one deal can cover several projects. Picking a project when you create a deal fills in the project's company, and project names show on the deal board's cards.
Can we add our own cities and scopes of work?
Yes. 1flux includes 6,868 preset cities across 252 countries and territories, and you can add your own city to any country from the picker or in Project settings. Scopes of work start with Mechanical and Electrical, and admins can add as many as they need, up to 50 on any one project.
How do submittal requests work in 1flux?
1flux lets you raise a submittal request on a project and route it to submittal coordinators, with SUB-numbering, stages and time limits. The request records the consultant, the discipline from your scopes, a required-by date and request lines. New requests rotate among people with the Submittal coordinator role, and each one runs as a task with its own stages.
How do managers share project lists with their team?
1flux keeps every filter on the projects register in the page URL, so a manager can bookmark a view, such as electrical projects in one city for their team, and send the link. The register filters by status, salesperson, scope, company, country, city, start and target dates, open tasks and submittals, and can group projects by salesperson.
Who can see a project in 1flux?
1flux shows a project to its creator, its salesperson, the managers above that salesperson, admins and people with the View all records permission. In an Open workspace, everyone sees every project. Each salesperson's projects stay with their own reporting line, even when colleagues share the company, and the company picker lists only the companies a person owns, sits on the sales team of, or is assigned to.
