A Tally alternative that runs your operations and your books
1flux runs quotations, purchasing, receiving and stock for B2B traders on one AI-native platform, and keeps the books, with supplier payments, VAT returns and e-invoicing built in.
If Tally keeps your books but your quotations, local purchase orders (LPOs), receiving and stock promises still run on Excel and WhatsApp, 1flux is a Tally alternative that replaces both with one system. 1flux is operations-first, and the books follow: quotations, sales orders, purchasing, receiving and multi-warehouse stock post their own journals, and 1flux Accounting adds supplier payments, a profit and loss and balance sheet for each legal entity, bank reconciliation, VAT returns and e-invoicing. AI works on the same records: Import PO with AI drafts quotations from a customer's PO.

From PO to paid

Sales order, delivery note and sales vouchers, with outstanding-order reports4
Several companies
Every legal entity in one workspace, each with its own currency, registrations, numbering, warehouses and books; a consolidation run combines the group into one currency
Separate companies, with group companies that consolidate reports for members sharing a base currency5
Where it runs
In any browser, on desktop, phone or tablet, with nothing to install; the whole team works in one system

Why teams switch
Why do trading companies choose 1flux as a Tally alternative?
1flux is built around the documents your sales, purchasing and warehouse teams handle every day. The books follow from those documents automatically, so one system replaces Tally and the spreadsheets around it.

Books that keep themselves
Goods receipt reports, delivery notes, sales and purchase invoices, customer payments, write-offs and stock counts each post a balanced journal through one posting gateway. Every ledger line links back to its source document.
Supplier payments allocated to purchase invoices.
A profit and loss and balance sheet for each legal entity, straight from the ledger.
Bank accounts reconciled against the ledger.
VAT returns prepared from posted VAT, and ZATCA and UAE e-invoicing built in.
AI built in, on quotations customers accept online
1flux's AI works on the same structured, connected and permissioned records as your team. Import PO with AI drafts the quotation lines from a customer's PO or RFQ, and the customer can accept or decline the approved quotation online.
Approval rules by amount band; sending is blocked until approval.
Arabic/English quotation layouts; Arabic prints correctly.
Requisition, RFQ, side-by-side quote comparison and an award reason per line lead to a purchase order. Stores check goods in on a goods received note (GRN), and a separate goods receipt report posts stock.
A reason for every short, over or rejected quantity.
Activating a sales order reserves its stock and puts it on the warehouse board: To pick, Picking, Ready to dispatch. A partial or full dispatch creates a delivery note, and you invoice what was delivered.
The warehouse sees no prices.

Many people, each in their own lane
Custom roles built from more than 100 permissions put requesters, approvers, buyers, storekeepers and accountants in separate lanes. Choose whether everyone sees everything, or each person sees their own records and their team’s.

You move the books on one cutover date, usually the end of a month or a year. Tally keeps your history up to that date, and 1flux runs operations and the books from it.
Switching
How do you switch from Tally to 1flux?
1flux's import tools are built for a data migration that starts on a clean cutover date. Each import is validated before anything is saved, and errors come back in a downloadable file.
1
Export from Tally
Export your ledgers, stock items and trial balance from TallyPrime to spreadsheet files.
2
Set up your legal entities
Choose the UAE, Saudi Arabia or India for each. The country pack seeds tax codes and registration fields.
3
Load your chart of accounts
Start from the one-click 25-account trading template, or import your own by CSV.
4
Import customers and items
Companies and contacts up to 5,000 rows and 10 MB per file; items up to 10,000 rows, matched on code or barcode.
5
Post opening balances
Opening stock (up to 10,000 rows, validated all-or-nothing) and the opening trial balance post once, on the cutover date.
Suppliers are created in 1flux or copied from your CRM companies in one step. Read more about planning the move in data import and migration.

Yes. 1flux runs quotations, sales orders, purchasing, receiving and stock, and keeps the books: automatic posting, receivables, supplier payments, a profit and loss and balance sheet for each legal entity, bank reconciliation, UAE and Saudi VAT returns, and ZATCA and UAE e-invoicing. Documents post their own journals, so your accountant reviews the books rather than re-entering them.
Does 1flux do VAT returns and ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. 1flux issues ZATCA-compliant e-invoices for Saudi Arabia, covering Phase 1 (generation) and Phase 2 (integration with ZATCA's Fatoora platform), and supports UAE e-invoicing under the Federal Tax Authority's programme. It prepares VAT returns for the UAE and Saudi Arabia from the input and output VAT already posted. See e-invoicing in 1flux.
Can 1flux run a UAE company and a Saudi company together?
Yes. One 1flux workspace can hold several legal entities, each with its own base currency, tax registration, letterhead, warehouses and books, and its own sequence for orders, invoices and journals. People can be limited to specific entities when you invite them. A consolidation run combines the group into one currency, using average rates for income and expenses and closing rates for balances.
Does 1flux track stock across several warehouses?
Yes. 1flux shows on hand, reserved, available and awaiting receipt for every item in every warehouse, store or van. Sales orders reserve stock when they're activated, transfers move it between warehouses, and blind counts and write-offs post their variances at cost. Each legal entity values stock by weighted average, FIFO or standard cost, and every movement posts its journal in the same step.
How do I move from Tally to 1flux?
1flux moves you on one cutover date. Country packs seed tax codes and registration fields when you create each entity, and the import workbench brings in companies, contacts, items, opening stock and an opening trial balance, validating every row before anything is saved. Opening receivables and payables arrive as balances in the opening trial balance, so the books carry on from Tally's closing figures.
Can our team use 1flux away from the office?
Yes. 1flux is a cloud web application that works in desktop, phone and tablet browsers, with nothing to install. Salespeople can check stock and share quotations on the move, and storekeepers and accountants work in the same system. Each customer's data is isolated inside the database, and every deployment takes a verified database backup first.
