Fewer integrations to manage, because it's one system
Most ERP integrations exist to stitch separate apps together. 1flux runs CRM, quotations, purchasing, stock and the books in one system, and connects where it counts.
In short
The fewer integrations you need, the better. 1flux runs CRM, quotations, sales orders, purchasing, inventory and accounting in one system with one data model, so the hand-offs other businesses pay to integrate happen inside 1flux. Where 1flux connects, it's to the tools your team already uses: Google sign-in, meetings pushed to Google Calendar, quotations sent by email or shared on WhatsApp, and CSV and Excel files through the import workbench and exports.
The cost of stitching apps together
Many growing companies run a CRM, a quoting tool, an inventory app and an accounting package, joined by connectors.
“Every sync can fail quietly, and someone has to notice and reconcile it.”
“Each connector is another subscription, another login and another thing to maintain.”
“When two systems disagree, nobody is sure which one is right.”
“Changing a process means changing it in four places, then fixing the connectors.”
Why does one system need fewer ERP integrations?
1flux needs fewer ERP integrations because the hand-offs between sales, the warehouse and finance happen inside one product. Every document hands off to the next, and every transaction posts its own journal through one posting gateway.

- Quote to cash: an approved quotation becomes a sales order. Nothing posts yet.
- The delivery note reduces stock and posts cost of goods sold: Dr cost of goods sold, Cr inventory.
- The sales invoice posts the receivable, revenue and output VAT.
- The customer payment clears the receivable: Dr bank, Cr receivables.
- Procure to pay: a requisition becomes a purchase order, and stores check the goods in on a GRN. Nothing posts yet.
- The goods receipt report posts stock and the journal: Dr inventory, Cr goods received not invoiced.
- The purchase invoice clears goods received not invoiced and posts input VAT and the payable.
- Every journal lands in the same ledger, so stock and the books stay in step.
| Hand-off that’s usually integrated | In 1flux |
|---|---|
| CRM deal → quotation | The quotation is created from the deal, in the same system |
| Quotation → sales order | An accepted quotation with the customer’s PO becomes an order request. Lines, discounts, tax and shipping carry into the sales order |
| Sales order → warehouse | Activating the order reserves stock and puts it on the warehouse board |
| Delivery → accounting | The delivery note reduces stock and posts cost of goods sold |
| Invoice → accounting | The sales invoice posts the receivable, revenue and output tax |
| Goods receipt → stock and ledger | The goods receipt report posts stock and goods received not invoiced in one step |
| Supplier invoice → ledger | The purchase invoice posts input tax, the payable and any price or FX variance |
| Supplier payment → ledger | Pay suppliers and allocate each payment to purchase invoices. Payments post to the ledger |
| Several companies → group view | A consolidation run combines every operating entity in one currency |
| Invoice → e-invoicing | 1flux issues ZATCA-compliant e-invoices for Saudi Arabia and supports UAE e-invoicing under the Federal Tax Authority’s programme |
Nothing needs to sync because there’s nothing to sync between. That’s the idea behind the 1flux platform. See how the sales side flows in the quote-to-cash guide, and how postings work in automated posting.

Send on WhatsApp… opens WhatsApp with a message from your template and the secure quotation link. The share is logged on the quotation.
Good to knowSent from your own WhatsApp (click-to-chat).
Customer quotation link
Customers view the quotation, download the PDF and accept or decline online.
Good to knowOptional password and expiry of 1–365 days; the customer accepts by typing their name.

For calendar, notes and notifications, see collaboration.
Spreadsheets in, reports out
1flux brings data in through one import workbench and sends it out as CSV and Excel, so spreadsheets stay useful without becoming the system of record.
- Import workbench: add CSV, Excel or pasted rows, map the columns, let the server validate every row, then commit. Companies and contacts take up to 5,000 rows per file, items up to 10,000.
- Opening balances: opening stock and an opening trial balance have their own imports, posted on your cutover date.
- Exports: the general ledger, account ledgers, the chart of accounts, receivables, customer statements and stock reports export as CSV; companies, contacts and items export to Excel.
- Arabic-safe: CSV files carry the encoding marker Excel needs, so Arabic opens correctly.
Your accountant, or the accounting package you keep during cutover, works from 1flux’s numbers without re-keying them.
Who gains most from fewer integrations?
The people who maintain the connectors today, pay for them, or reconcile what they get wrong.
IT leads
Who'd rather maintain one system than five connectors.
Owners
Tired of paying for apps that don't agree with each other.
Finance teams
Who need operations and the ledger to share one source of truth.
Does 1flux work with Google?
Yes. 1flux works with Google in two ways. Your team can sign in with their Google accounts, and meetings created in the 1flux calendar are pushed to the creator's primary Google Calendar and kept up to date when they change. Email and password sign-in is available too, for anyone who prefers it.
Can we share quotations on WhatsApp?
Yes. Send on WhatsApp… on a quotation opens WhatsApp with a message built from your template, including the secure link to the quotation, and you send it from your own WhatsApp account. 1flux logs the share on the quotation, and the customer can view, download and accept or decline the quotation online from the link.
Does 1flux send quotations and notifications by email?
Yes. 1flux emails quotations with the PDF attached, to up to 25 To and 25 CC addresses, with an optional View and respond button for the customer. It also sends email notifications for 19 key events, such as approvals, task assignments, invitations and password resets, and a workspace switch controls all outgoing email.
Can we import our data from Excel into 1flux?
Yes. The 1flux import workbench takes CSV, Excel or pasted rows for companies, contacts and items. You map your columns, the server validates every row, and nothing is saved until you commit. Companies and contacts import up to 5,000 rows per file and items up to 10,000. Opening stock and an opening trial balance have their own imports.
Can our accountant work from 1flux's numbers in Excel?
Yes. 1flux exports the general ledger, account ledgers, the chart of accounts, receivables, customer statements and stock reports as CSV, with the encoding marker Excel needs so Arabic opens correctly. Companies, contacts and items export to Excel. An accountant, or a previous accounting package kept during cutover, can work from 1flux's numbers without re-keying them.
Does 1flux support ZATCA and UAE e-invoicing?
Yes. 1flux issues ZATCA-compliant e-invoices for Saudi Arabia, covering Phase 1 (generation) and Phase 2 (integration with ZATCA's Fatoora platform). It supports UAE e-invoicing under the Federal Tax Authority's programme, ready for the 2027 go-live dates. See e-invoicing for Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Where does 1flux store our files?
1flux keeps attachments and documents in S3-compatible object storage. Downloads go through signed links that expire after 5 minutes, and uploads are checked by file signature so a file can't pretend to be a different type. Each customer's records are isolated inside the database with row-level security; see our security page.
