1flux vs NetSuite

A NetSuite alternative built as one platform for B2B trade

1flux runs sales, purchasing, stock and the books for every company in your group on one AI-native platform: from the customer's PO to payment, in one flow.

In short

1flux is a NetSuite alternative for B2B trading, distribution and project-supply companies, and groups of them. CRM, quotations, sales orders, purchasing, receiving, inventory and accounting share one data model, so a customer's PO becomes a quotation, an order, a delivery, an invoice and a payment without re-keying, and every step posts its own journal. AI is built into the same records, permissions and audit trail: today Import PO with AI drafts the quotation from a customer's PO. Every legal entity keeps its own books in one workspace, and every team opens on a "Needs action" list.

Why teams switch

Why do trading companies choose 1flux as a NetSuite alternative?

1flux runs a trading business on one platform, so sales, purchasing, the warehouse and finance work from the same records. Here is what that changes day to day.

One platform, one record

Accepting a quotation and attaching the customer's PO creates an order request. The sales order carries over lines, units, discounts, tax and shipping, each dispatch creates a delivery note, and you invoice what was delivered.

  • The order-to-cash board moves only when the real document exists.
  • Pick and dispatch screens never receive prices or credit terms.

AI built in, not bolted on

1flux's AI works on the same structured, connected and permissioned records as your team. Import PO with AI reads a customer's PO or RFQ and drafts up to 200 quotation lines, matching exact item codes to your catalogue with a confidence score.

  • It never invents values.
  • It attaches the source file to the quotation.

Books that post themselves

Goods receipts, deliveries, invoices, payments, write-offs and stock counts post balanced journals through one posting gateway, and every ledger line links back to its source document.

  • Posted lines can’t be edited; corrections post a linked reversal.
  • Supplier payments, a profit and loss and balance sheet for each legal entity, bank reconciliation and VAT returns.
Automated posting

Every company in one workspace

Each legal entity keeps its own base currency, registrations, letterhead, numbering, warehouses and books. A financial consolidation run combines operating entities into a group currency, at average rates for income and expenses and closing rates for balances.

  • A final run requires every entity’s month to be closed.
  • The entity switcher shows where you are, for example "AE · AED".
Multi-entity consolidation

Open it and see what needs you

Seven overview pages open on a "Needs action" list. Each row shows only to people who can act on it and links to the exact records.

  • Quotations expiring within 7 days.
  • Delivered orders waiting for an invoice.
  • Goods received but not invoiced for over 30 days.

The documents traders already use

A quick local purchase request (LPR) converts to a purchase order that prints with your letterhead and tax registrations. Stores check goods in on a GRN, and a goods receipt report posts stock with a reason for every short, over or rejected quantity.

  • Checked & approved needs a photo or scan.
  • A formal quotation cover letter with 3 signatories.

Switching

How do you switch from NetSuite to 1flux?

1flux's import tools are built for a data migration that starts on a clean cutover date. Each import is validated before anything is saved, and errors come back in a downloadable file.

  1. Prepare your files

Customers, items, stock on hand by warehouse, and a trial balance per legal entity at the cutover date.

  2. Set up your legal entities

Choose the UAE, Saudi Arabia or India for each. The country pack seeds tax codes and registration fields.

  3. Load your chart of accounts

Start from the one-click 25-account trading template, or import your own by CSV.

  4. Import customers and items

Companies and contacts up to 5,000 rows and 10 MB per file; items up to 10,000 rows, matched on code or barcode.

  5. Post opening balances

Opening stock (up to 10,000 rows, validated all-or-nothing) and each entity’s opening trial balance post once, on the cutover date.

Suppliers are created in 1flux or copied from your CRM companies in one step. Read more about planning the data migration in data import and migration.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still deciding? Talk to sales

Can 1flux replace NetSuite for a trading company?

Yes. 1flux runs CRM, quotations, sales orders, purchasing, receiving, inventory and accounting for B2B trading, distribution and project-supply companies on one platform. The books include receivables, supplier payments, a profit and loss and balance sheet for each legal entity, bank reconciliation and VAT returns, all posted from the same documents your sales, purchasing and warehouse teams create.

How is 1flux different from NetSuite?

1flux is one platform built for B2B trade. CRM, Inventory and Accounting are three apps on one login and one data model, so every document links to the one before it and posts its own journal through one posting gateway. Every team opens on a "Needs action" list of the records waiting for them, and the 1flux team switches on the apps you need.

How does AI work in 1flux?

1flux is AI-native: its AI works on the same structured, connected and permissioned records your team uses. Today that powers Import PO with AI, which reads a customer's PO or RFQ and drafts up to 200 quotation lines, matching exact item codes to your catalogue and showing a confidence score. It never invents values, and it attaches the source file to the quotation.

Can 1flux run several legal entities in one system?

Yes. One 1flux workspace holds several legal entities, each with its own base currency, registrations, letterhead, numbering, warehouses, costing method and books. People can be limited to specific entities when you invite them, and a consolidation run combines the group into one currency. Legal entities can be registered in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India, and sell to customers anywhere.

Does 1flux support ZATCA and UAE e-invoicing?

Yes. 1flux issues ZATCA-compliant e-invoices for Saudi Arabia, covering Phase 1 (generation) and Phase 2 (integration with ZATCA's Fatoora platform). It also supports UAE e-invoicing under the Federal Tax Authority's programme, ready for the 2027 go-live dates. E-invoicing runs on the same sales invoices that post to the ledger. See e-invoicing in 1flux.

How do we move from NetSuite to 1flux?

1flux moves you on a clean cutover date. Prepare customers, items, stock on hand and a trial balance for each legal entity, then bring them in with the import workbench: companies and contacts up to 5,000 rows per file, items up to 10,000 rows. Every file is validated before anything is saved, and opening stock and each entity's opening trial balance post on the cutover date.
