An SAP Business One alternative on one cloud platform for B2B trade
1flux runs quotations, purchasing, receiving, stock and the books for every company in one AI-native cloud platform that every team opens in the browser.
1flux is an SAP Business One alternative built for B2B trading, distribution and project supply. Quotations, purchase order and goods received note (GRN) flows, country packs and separate books per company come in one cloud platform, and 1flux Accounting covers supplier payments, financial statements, bank reconciliation and VAT returns. AI works on the same records, so Import PO with AI drafts quotations from a customer's PO, and every legal entity sits in one workspace.
At a glance
1flux and SAP Business One at a glance
One cloud platform built for trading companies, compared with an ERP that SAP partners implement and extend.
1flux
SAP Business One
How it’s built
One cloud platform: CRM, Inventory (with purchasing, receiving and the warehouse) and Accounting on one login and one data model, with shared tasks, calendar and approvals
Financials, sales and service, purchasing, inventory and distribution, production and project modules, implemented through SAP partners1
From PO to paid
One record from the customer’s PO to payment: each document creates the next and posts its own journal through one posting gateway
Sales, purchasing, inventory and financials within one ERP1
Several companies
Every legal entity in one workspace, each with its own currency, registrations, numbering, warehouses and books; a consolidation run combines the group
Each company is a separate database; several branches can share one2
Getting started
The 1flux team switches on the apps you need, country packs seed tax codes and registration fields, and import tools bring in your data, validated before anything is saved
Through SAP partners, on premise or partner-hosted in the cloud, on SAP HANA or Microsoft SQL Server1

Why teams switch
Why do trading companies choose 1flux as an SAP Business One alternative?
1flux runs the trading flows in one cloud platform that every team opens in a browser, with each person seeing what their job needs.
1flux ships the purchasing vocabulary of B2B trade: a quick local purchase request (LPR), a purchase order that prints as a local purchase order (LPO), a GRN check-in by stores and a goods receipt report that posts stock.
A photo or scan for Checked & approved; comments for Checked with comments.
A reason for every short, over or rejected quantity.
RequesterRaise requisitions
BuyerAward and issue POs
StorekeeperRecord GRNs No prices
AccountantRecord purchase invoices
Buying with a reason on record
Requisitions carry a purpose, supplier quotes are compared side by side with a "Best" badge, and every line is awarded with a reason before draft purchase orders are created, one per supplier.
Order now and agree the price later; receipts carry a provisional cost.
Purchase invoices are built from what was received, and any price difference needs a reason.
1flux's AI works on the same structured, connected and permissioned records as your team. Import PO with AI drafts the lines from a customer's PO or RFQ, and the quotation builder handles up to 500 lines with a formal cover letter and 3 signatories.
Arabic/English layouts in the document designer; Arabic prints correctly.
Approvals by amount band, with sending blocked until approval.
Every legal entity sits in one workspace, with its own currency, registrations, warehouses and books. A consolidation run combines the group into one currency, with a visible translation difference.
Seven overview pages open on a "Needs action" list. Each row shows only to people who can act on it and links to the exact records.
The warehouse board shows no prices.
The order-to-cash board moves only when the real document exists.

Can 1flux replace SAP Business One for a trading company?
Yes. 1flux covers CRM, quotations, sales orders, purchasing, receiving, inventory and accounting for trading companies, including supplier payments, a profit and loss and balance sheet for each legal entity, bank reconciliation and VAT returns. Every document posts its own journal, so operations and the books run in one cloud system that every team opens in the browser.
Does 1flux support ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. 1flux issues ZATCA-compliant e-invoices for Saudi Arabia, covering Phase 1 (generation) and Phase 2 (integration with ZATCA's Fatoora platform). It also supports UAE e-invoicing under the Federal Tax Authority's programme, ready for the 2027 go-live dates. E-invoicing runs on the same sales invoices that post to the ledger. See e-invoicing in 1flux.
Can 1flux run several companies in one system?
Yes. One 1flux workspace holds several legal entities, each with its own base currency, tax registration, letterhead, warehouses and books, and its own sequence for orders, invoices and journals. People can be limited to specific entities when you invite them, and a consolidation run combines the group into one currency. Legal entities can be registered in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India.
Is 1flux a cloud system?
Yes. 1flux is a cloud web application that works in desktop and mobile browsers, with a responsive layout on phones and nothing to install. Each customer's data is isolated inside the database with PostgreSQL row-level security. Downloads use signed links that expire after 5 minutes, and every deployment takes a verified database backup first.
Can 1flux be configured without code?
Yes. Admins configure workflow stages, approvals, required fields and service levels under Settings, without code. They also add custom fields, set numbering formats and build custom roles from more than 100 permissions, so access follows your org chart. Quotation approvals can target amount bands, and sending is blocked until a quotation is approved.
How do we move from SAP Business One to 1flux?
1flux moves you on a clean cutover date. Prepare customers, items, stock on hand and a trial balance per company, then bring them in with the import workbench: companies and contacts up to 5,000 rows per file, items up to 10,000 rows. Every file is validated before anything is saved, and opening stock and each entity's opening trial balance post on the cutover date.
