Every 1flux app and ERP module, in one place

The ERP modules behind 1flux, grouped by what you do: sell, buy, stock, books and comply. Every module shares one record, from the customer's PO to the final payment.

  1. Three apps, one login

    • CRMCustomers, deals, quotations, sales orders
    • InventoryStock, purchasing, receiving, warehouse
    • AccountingBooks per entity, posting, receivables
  2. One shared layer

    • One data modelTasks, calendar, approvals, workflows, permissions
Three apps on one login and one data model, over a shared layer of tasks, approvals, workflows and permissions.

In short

1flux has 3 apps on one login and one data model: CRM, Inventory and Accounting. Their ERP modules are grouped by what you do: Sell (CRM, quotations and sales orders), Buy (purchasing), Stock (inventory), Books (accounting) and Comply (ZATCA and UAE e-invoicing). Each module hands its documents to the next, and Tasks, Calendar, Knowledge and Approvals are shared across all three apps. You switch on the apps you need, and the 1flux team enables them for your workspace.

One flow

How are the 1flux ERP modules organised?

1flux groups its ERP modules by what you do: sell, buy, stock, books and comply. They run in 3 apps that share one record.

  1. 1flux CRMCredit terms → sales orders
  2. 1flux InventoryGoods receipt → journal
  3. 1flux Accounting

A company’s credit days flow from CRM into quotations, sales orders and invoices. A purchase order in Inventory becomes a goods receipt report, which posts its own journal in Accounting. Nothing is synced between separate products, because there is only one product.

Sell

Sell: CRM, quotations and sales orders

1flux takes a customer from the first deal to a quotation, a sales order and a payment, with every step on one record.

Buy

Buy: purchasing from requisition to supplier invoice

1flux Purchasing runs the buying cycle inside the Inventory app, with separate permissions for requesters, buyers, stores and accounts.

Stock

Stock: inventory in every warehouse, store and van

1flux Inventory shows what you hold, what's promised and what's on the way, and every stock posting writes its quantity, cost and journal in one step.

Books

Books: accounting that posts itself

1flux Accounting keeps a separate double-entry set of books for every legal entity, fed automatically by operations.

Comply

Comply: e-invoicing built in

ZATCA and UAE e-invoicing are built into 1flux, in the same flow as your sales invoices, with no separate tool to run.

Shared

Shared across every app: tasks

Tasks, the calendar, Knowledge and Approvals work the same way in CRM, Inventory and Accounting.

Calendar, notes, the Knowledge library, approvals and notifications are part of the 1flux platform, alongside workflows, access control and the document designer.

What modules does 1flux include?

1flux groups its modules by what you do. Sell covers companies and contacts, deals, projects, daily sales reports, collections forecasts, quotations and sales orders. Buy covers requisitions, supplier quotes, purchase orders, goods receiving and suppliers. Stock covers the item master, warehouses, counts, transfers and costing. Books covers the ledger, receivables, supplier payments, bank reconciliation, financial statements, VAT returns and consolidation. Comply covers ZATCA and UAE e-invoicing.

Can we start with just one 1flux app?

Yes. You choose a first app when you create your workspace, and you switch on only the apps you need. The 1flux team enables them for you. Because every app shares one data model, adding Inventory or Accounting later connects to the customers, items and documents you already have.

Do the 1flux modules share one database?

Yes. All 1flux modules share one database, one login and one permission system, so there is nothing to sync. A sales order uses the customer's credit terms from CRM, reserves stock in Inventory and, once delivered and invoiced, posts its journals in Accounting, all on the same record.

Where do quotations and sales orders sit in 1flux?

1flux puts quotations and sales orders in the CRM app, under Sell, so salespeople quote, take the customer's PO and follow the order without switching systems. Activating a sales order reserves its stock in Inventory, and its delivery notes, sales invoices and customer payments post to Accounting automatically.

Is purchasing part of 1flux Inventory?

Yes. Purchasing and receiving sit inside the 1flux Inventory app, alongside the item master and the warehouse. Requisitions, supplier quotes, purchase orders, goods received notes and goods receipt reports all work on the same items and warehouses as your stock. Supplier invoices post to 1flux Accounting automatically, and you pay suppliers and allocate each payment to purchase invoices.

Which module handles e-invoicing?

1flux handles e-invoicing under Comply, as part of the sales flow. 1flux issues ZATCA-compliant e-invoices for Saudi Arabia, covering Phase 1 (generation) and Phase 2 (integration with ZATCA's Fatoora platform), and supports UAE e-invoicing under the Federal Tax Authority's programme, ready for the 2027 go-live dates. See e-invoicing in 1flux.
