1flux careers

Help build the AI-native ERP for B2B trade: one platform that runs a company from PO to paid, in one flow.

In short

1flux careers are about building one product that runs a B2B company's quotations, orders, purchasing, stock and books as one flow. Open roles are listed on this page. There are none listed right now, but you can still introduce yourself through the contact page.

The work

What do 1flux careers involve?

1flux is three apps on one login and one data model: CRM, Inventory and Accounting, with shared tasks, calendar, knowledge and approvals. The interesting problems sit where they meet.

A delivery note has to move stock and post cost of goods sold in the same step. A quotation has to print Arabic correctly. A picker’s screen must never receive a price.

  2. One shared layer

    • One data modelTasks, calendar, approvals, workflows, permissions
How we work

How do we work?

Four habits that show up in the product and in how we talk about it.

  • Specific over vague

We write "receive 40 of 50 units and the order stays open", not "streamline receiving".

  • AI built in, not bolted on

AI works on the same records, permissions and approvals as the people using 1flux.

  • The trade's language

GRN, goods receipt report and delivery note mean something to our customers, so they mean something to us.

  • Calm, keyboard-first software

We build for people who use 1flux all day.

The stack

What do we build with?

1flux is built on Next.js and React with TypeScript, a PostgreSQL database with row-level security for tenant isolation, and Drizzle ORM with versioned migrations.

The interface uses Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui and Radix, with the Inter and IBM Plex Sans Arabic typefaces. It runs in Docker containers on DigitalOcean.

What does 1flux build?

1flux builds the AI-native ERP for B2B trade: CRM, Inventory and Accounting on one login and one data model, with one permissioned command layer for people and AI. Today, Import PO with AI turns a customer's PO into a draft quotation. The interesting problems sit where the apps meet, such as a delivery note that moves stock and posts cost of goods sold in the same step.

What technology does 1flux use?

1flux is built with Next.js, React and TypeScript, on a PostgreSQL database that uses row-level security to isolate each customer's data. Drizzle ORM manages versioned database migrations. The interface uses Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui and Radix, with Inter and IBM Plex Sans Arabic typefaces, and the application runs in Docker containers on DigitalOcean.

Do I need ERP experience to work at 1flux?

1flux hires for curiosity first. ERP, accounting or supply-chain experience helps, because 1flux connects quotations, purchasing, stock and the books, but curiosity about how trading businesses work matters more. You'll learn what a goods received note, a goods receipt report or a consolidation run is, and why each matters to the people who use 1flux every day.

How do I apply if no role is listed?

1flux lists open roles on this page. If none is listed, or none fits, introduce yourself through the contact page: choose Something else as the topic, and tell us which team interests you, such as product, engineering, implementation or sales, and what you'd like to work on.

How does the 1flux team work?

1flux works by four habits that show up in the product and in how we talk about it. We're specific rather than vague, we use the trade's own words, such as GRN and delivery note, we build AI in rather than bolting it on, and we make calm, keyboard-first software for people who use it all day. Follow what we ship in what's new in 1flux, and read more about 1flux.
