Long tables ## How does 1flux handle long item tables? 1flux continues item tables and long terms onto as many pages as they need, and nothing is truncated. Headings repeat and totals follow the last row. ### What happens at a page break - Column headings repeat on every page. - Oversized rows split cleanly, and the totals stay together with the last rows. - “Page X of Y” numbers are filled in once the final page count is known. - Text that would overflow a fixed box raises an error instead of being cut off. Document panel ## Repeating headers, footers and one typeface The **Document** panel sets what repeats on every page and keeps the design consistent. - **Header styles:** None, Minimal, Brand bar, Letterhead, Centered or Custom. - **Footer styles:** None, Page number, Contact line, Brand bar or Custom. - **Custom bands:** your own text, live fields and images, repeated on every page. - **Overall font:** one typeface for the whole document. - **Format document:** a rule-based tidy-up that snaps items to an 8-point grid inside 40-point margins, evens out the type scale, makes tables full width and spaces out signature blocks. Fonts ## Use our fonts or yours 1flux bundles **8 font families**: Lato, Geist, Times New Roman (Liberation Serif), IBM Plex Sans, Noto Sans, Noto Serif, Noto Sans Mono and Noto Naskh Arabic. You can also upload your brand’s **TTF or OTF fonts**, up to 5 MB per file. Fonts are embedded in the PDF and text stays selectable. Block layouts ## Start from a ready block layout Not every team wants to design from scratch. Arabic in PDFs ## Arabic that prints correctly Document Studio shapes and orders Arabic text correctly in the PDF, using the embedded Noto Naskh Arabic font. Letters join, marks sit in the right place, and lines that mix Arabic and English keep their reading order, with numbers left to right. - **Right-aligned for you:** a line that’s mostly Arabic is right-aligned automatically. - **Template text and live data:** this covers your fixed text and live data such as customer names. - **No garbled PDFs:** if shaping ever fails, 1flux stops and reports an error. Publish and freeze ## Publish once, then freeze with every approved quote A design moves from draft to published, and published versions don’t change. - **Autosave and publish:** edits save as a draft. **Publish** locks a version; **Publish & use** also makes it the workspace default. - **Checked on publish:** for example, an image placed over the area where the table continues is refused. - **Per-quote choice:** each editable quotation uses the workspace default or picks another published design. - **Frozen on approval:** when a quotation is approved, 1flux checks its real data against the design, then freezes the design version, data, images and fonts with the quote. Yes. 1flux continues item tables and long terms onto as many pages as they need.
